This initial consultation is designed explore your needs and determine how best I can assist you achieve you goal. During this session, we’ll:

• Discuss the project goals (e.g., renovation, refresh/restyle, or staging for resale).
• Identify the rough timeline and budget.
• Establish the scope of the project to decide on the next steps.

2. In-Depth Consultation

This session provides a more comprehensive exploration of your vision and specific needs. It covers:

• Colour palettes, fabrics, finishes, fixtures, and furniture (FF&F).
• Art selection and other decorative details.
• Roles and responsibilities for the project (e.g., project management).
• Level of involvement  required in purchasing and executing the plan.

Cost: £150-£250 for a 1.5- to 2-hour session (cost depends on project size and complexity). This session includes a follow-up report with a summary of recommendations and next steps.

3. Full-Service Design and Project Management

  • Full-service design: creating, sourcing, and styling.
  • Project management: overseeing vendors, contractors, timelines, and budgets.
  • Turnkey service: from concept to completion, everything is handled for the client.
• Who It’s For:
  Busy clients who want minimal involvement but desire a professionally executed space.

  • Design Fee: Starting at £3,500 (depending on project size).
  • Project Management Fee: 10-15% of the total project cost.
